Do you currently use overly complicated PM software to track BOM, stock, PPR? How about orders, who owes you money, and leads? We are building an all in one Brewery Management system to streamline processes. Linked with Xero, we are creating a simple yet powerful system made for the Australian brewery industry. Free trial for a limited time, with subscriptions form only $150 per month.

Some features:

  • Stock Inventory: A full list which is categorised in: Hops / Grain / Yeast / Salts / Cleaning & Chemicals / Packaging / Misc
  • Ingredients: when an ingredient is added, it goes into the ‘pool’ this is the only table in the database that other brewery can see – NO BREWERY / USER can see what ingredient you have in your inventory ) This is so you can search from a every growing source – rather than manually entering.
  • Calendar: schedule beers and equipment on a custom-built calendar. Schedule/In Production lists are filterable to see all the required details quickly.
  • Beers: Filter and search a list of all your beers – This contains the ‘master’ assigned Ingredients, availability and much more.
  • Beer Batches: This shows a detailed view of all batches you have ever produced.
  • Packaged Product Register (PPR): Have a list of customisable Kegs and Cans/Bottles
  • Orders: With Xero Software Integration, you can see all the ingoing and outgoings at a glance.
- push notifications: receive in app notification that an ingredient is getting low – or if you have an expected delivery due etc (mush more in the pipeline) - Brewery Equipment: Add customised equipment which is categorised in: Mash Tun / Boil Kettle / Fermenter / Bright Tank / Barrels / Misc

Ingredient Management

The first step of setting up is to add ingredients. Ingredients are required for your brew sheets and tracking in the inventory management
Ingredients are broken down in to the following categories

  • Hops
  • Grains
  • Yeast
  • Salts
  • Cleaning Chemicals
  • Misc

You can add an ingredient by:

  1. Selecting a pre-made ingredient:

    • Simply go to the relevant category and type name in search box
    • Select the ingredient

  2. Add a new ingredient

    If ingredient is NOT in the list
    • click the ‘+1’ to add new ingredient
    • Enter all required data
  3. Once a new ingredient is created, it is added to the 'pool' list of ingredients.
    This means as more breweries use our system, more ingredients are available for quick select
    This saves each individual brewery needing to recreate thousands of ingredients.
    note: this is the ONLY information in the entire system that is shared and not treated as confidential IP owned by your brewery

  4. Custom data for ingredent

    Selecting an ingredient that is already added to your brewery:
    You will notice that some field are greyed out. This is because the core data of the ingredient is used by other breweries.
    If you have noticed a mistake, please contact us so we can rectify. The white field boxes allow adding additional information. This information is ONLY viewable by your brewery.

All data is securely hosed with use of Amazons S3 service. Automatic database backups are done every 24 hours.

Only your brewery has access to your IP (brew sheets / inventory etc). Only Ingredient core fields (name / supplier / batch no. etc) are shared with other breweries. Other breweries cannot see what ingredients another brewery has assigned.

This is currently a free service whilst under development. It will only $150 AUD per month when the MVP is complete. We are continuing to build a all in one solution that will streamline processes and maximise efficiency.
